Shipping & Returns

  • If you have not recieved a confirmation note from me, or if you think your order is taking too long, please email me. There is a good chance that I have been trying to reach you. It could be that I did not have an accurate email address for you or my e-mails were blocked by your server. 

  • Shipping: We try to have our orders in the mail within 5-7 business days. However, working around a houseful of kids sometimes this is not possible.  If you need your order in a hurry, please place your order as a RUSH and we will have your order in the mail with in 2-3 days. Please contact us if you have any questions. Please be sure that we that we have an accurate email address for you so we can send you a confirmation e-mail and in case we have questions on your order.

  • We mail our items First Class, but you can e-mail me if you would like to pay for an upgrade of your shipping fee to Priority Mail or Express Mail. (see note below about Express Mail)

  • Express Mail ~ If you need your order FAST, we offer Express Shipping. With this option, we can usually get your order to you in 2-3 days, depending on your location. Contact us and we will let you know what it would cost for this service.

  • Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our business, all of our products are made Special Order for each of our customers. We do not have any stock sitting around. Our Items are NOT returnable or exchangeable unless we make an error, so please check the information that you sent us carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
